FAQs

How much does Lexington Payment Services cost?

Lexington Payment Services is 100% free. Credit card processors pay us a small commission if you select their quote. This allows us to keep our services free for you.

How does Lexington Payment Services work?

You simply provide us your two most recent statements from your current processor, and let us know what equipment/software you currently use. We take it from there. Within 5 business days we will have multiple quotes from card processors bidding to earn your business. We help you choose the best fit for you – and assist in the change of your service. In most cases, our clients are saving money 2-3 weeks later.

Why does Lexington Payment Services monitor my account?

Many processors will creep your rates up, to increase their profit on your account. We use our expertise in credit card fees to catch those increases when they happen, and require the processor to honor your contracted rate.

Why should I use Lexington Payment Services?

Simply put – credit card processing is a complicated field and industry, with even more complicated pricing structures. We take the time to understand all that, so that you don’t have to. We let you focus on running your business, while giving you the peace of mind that your credit card rates are the lowest out there.

Do I have to accept a quote through Lexington Payment Services?

You’re under no obligation to accept a quote through Lexington Payment Services. You’ll be able to evaluate the offers and determine yourself, if and who you would like to go with.

Is Lexington Payment Services a credit card processor?

No, we’re not a credit card processor, and we don’t provide credit card processing services. Lexington Payment Services sources out bids from top tier processors to find the best fit and rates for you. We identify any hidden costs and add that back into your quote so that you get a true cost comparison. And thirdly, we monitor your account for the length of the contract to ensure that you continue to get your promised rate.
